01. Short term needs

1. The education of orphans and vulnerable children ● Primary level @ 15,000/- per child per annum for 10 children – 150,000/- ● Secondary level @ 50,000/- per child per annum for 10 children – 500,000/- ● Vocational trainings for 5 young people @ 20,000 – 100,000/-

2. Bible club teaching materials ● 3 teaching books for young children @ 900/- (both teachers’ and picture booklet) – 2,700/- ● 2 older children @ 500/- per booklet – 1,000/- 3,700/- ● Teaching aids (Manila papers, felt pens, chalk, crayons, puppets, etc p. a) – 15,000/-

3. The feeding programme ● 25,000/- per week for approximately 200 children for 44 weeks – 1,100,000 ● 50,000/- per occasion for special occasions such as Easter and Christmas – 100,000/- The purchase of kitchen requirements: ● utensils (Jikos, sufurias, plates, cups, ladles, mwikos, buckets, spoons, etc.) – 100,000/-

4. Outreach ● to children in schools, hospitals, prisons (includes transport plus materials needed) – 40,000/- ● 2 trainings of teachers p. a. @ 50,000/- per training for 20 teachers – 100,000/- ● To the counties, for example, Kisumu

5. Youth mentorship programmes ● 2 holiday seminars for 100 youth @ 70,000/- per seminar – 140,000/- ● Training for 10 young people @ 20,000/- per young person (includes discipleship/follow up materials) – 200,000/- ● 40 discipleship booklets for 40 young people @ 200/- per bk. – 8,000/- ● Ministry exposure

6. Extra-curricular ● 2 children’s exposure trips for 200 children @ 50,000/- per trip for 2 trips per annum – 100,000/- Games and sports equipment: ● 3 big footballs @ 2,500/-; 2 small ones @ 2,000/-; 2 pairs of pitch marks @ 900/-; tag of war ropes 1,000/-; 4 soft balls @ 500/- each ● Indoor games – puzzles and the like – 3,000/- Total: 19,300/- + 100,00/-= 119,300/-

7. Staff and volunteers support – Kshs. 2 million per annum

8. Rentals ● Bible club Meeting grounds @ 25,000/- monthly ● Office @ 25,000/- per month

9. Income generating activities ● Exposing the young men and women to different income generating activities like; soap, yoghurt, bead making, catering, etc. (In case you have a skill that could be beneficial to our young people, please let us know) 10. Administrative costs (Office, management expenses and other admin. costs like General Meetings, Audit fees etc.) @ 5,000/- per week for 40 weeks – 200,000/- + Audit and Accounting fees @ 50,000/- p.a. – 250,000/-
