In the days we live in, a lot has changed, making us realize now more than ever before just how mortal and dispensable we are; and that only God knows what tomorrow holds. Today however, has been availed to us for which we must be grateful and give our very best shot to whatever assignments God has entrusted to us. Sometimes we’re tempted to heap into today more than we should, especially future uncertainties! God from His word in Mat 6:34 counsels us not to do so – ‘So do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings.’ (GNB)
Therefore, let’s place our hands in God’s and trust Him to help us through today.
